Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and all of Europe. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold — please check the product page for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
• United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
• Rest of world: 14–25 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

What materials are used in ZEN TAO jewelry?
We use only natural, high-quality materials including:
• Natural crystal, agate, obsidian, and amethyst
• Genuine jade and cinnabar
• Sandalwood and aromatic wood beads
• Gold-plated and cloisonné accents
All stones are natural and may show slight variations in color and pattern — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
What size are the bracelets?
Most of our bracelets are designed with an elastic cord and fit wrist sizes approximately 15–19 cm (6–7.5 inches). If you have a specific wrist size concern, please contact us before ordering and we will advise.
Are the materials ethically sourced?
Yes. We work with trusted artisans and suppliers who share our commitment to responsible sourcing and traditional craftsmanship.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my bracelet?
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals
• Remove before sleeping, swimming, or exercising
• Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not wearing
• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth to clean
Can the elastic cord break?
Our bracelets are strung on high-quality elastic cord. With proper care they are very durable. Avoid stretching the bracelet excessively or exposing it to water, which can weaken the cord over time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Please contact us at our contact page to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
