We want you to love your ZEN TAO piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
